Editing Django

Even though we have looked at video before,  this week involved more analyzing of camera placement, and why directors chose certain shots over other. I learned how important the rhythm of a scene is, and how it can make a scene feel awkward when done wrong and it can make it almost humorous when its done right. The zoom and width of the lens can also make a scene more dramatic or interesting.  Even though there is a verbal aspect to a movie, most of the time the dramatic flare is due to the credit of the editing.
